Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for building new relationships? We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for prospecting new business opportunities. A successful Business Development Executive will be able to reach new B2B customers by providing our entire portfolio of solutions and products.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, you will research and prospect companies via the phone and in-person to schedule meetings with decision makers. You will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying prospective customer needs in all of IBS solution categories.
- Align IBS solutions with prospective customers needs and demonstrate the value we offer.
- Gain acceptance and implement ordering solutions via a consultative selling approach
- Provide ongoing customer support to enhance relationships and drive category growth.
- Achieve/exceed sales targets for a defined sales and GP quota and earn uncapped commissions
- Utilize a CRM tool to assist in the selling process
Ideal Candidate:
You are a highly-driven, competitive, results-oriented person that communicates effectively and use persuasion skills to sell our solutions at all levels of an organization.
Required:
- Established record of successfully exceeding sales targets in B2B business products industry
- Minimum of 3 years previous sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives in the business products industry
- Previous experience using a customer relationship management tool. (CRM)
