Facility Development Executive:
Are you an experienced facilities product sales professional with a passion for building new relationships? We are currently looking for a Facilities Solutions Manager responsible for prospecting opportunities inside current accounts, educate the existing sales team on best practices and to continue to develop the facility solution offering and service. A successful Facility Solutions Manager will be able to implement the full IBS facility program, educate our customers on the benefits of the program and conduct site surveys while working both independently and in coordination with the existing sales team.

Responsibilities:
As a Facility Solution Manager, you will develop and implement facility programs across all locations helping grow market share in this category. You will be responsible for the following:
Identifying new opportunities within IBS current customers and new prospective customers.
Train and mentor existing sales team on how to successfully identify and implement IBS facility solutions
Gain acceptance and implement ordering solutions via a consultative selling approach
Provide ongoing customer support to enhance relationships and drive category growth.
Achieve/exceed sales targets for a defined sales and GP quota and earn uncapped commissions
Utilize a CRM tool to assist in the selling process
Ideal Candidate:
You are a highly-driven, competitive, results-oriented person that communicates effectively and use persuasion skills to sell our solutions at all levels of an organization.
Required:
- Established record of successfully exceeding sales targets in B2B facility product industry
- Minimum of 3 years previous sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives in the facility products industry
- Previous experience using a customer relationship management tool. (CRM)
