Return Policy

Integrity Business Solutions is focused on making you 100% satisfied with your product. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please return it to us under the following conditions. Returns will be picked up within a few business days.

Office Supplies

Office supplies may be returned in the original package/condition to Integrity Business Solutions for full credit within 90 days of the purchase date.

Food Items

Perishable items such as food, candy, beverages, and medicine are non-returnable at any time.

Printers & Technology Products

Products including printers, copiers, digital cameras, media, projectors, scanners, computer peripherals and accessories are subject to the following requirements. New, unopened product is eligible for return to Integrity Business Solutions if returned within 30 days of purchase.  Opened product is returnable only if found to be defective.  Defective product less than 30 days from date of purchase may be returned to Integrity Business Solutions.  Defective product older than 30 days from date of purchase, must be called in to the manufacturer by the end user.  Customer will be asked to provide the Integrity invoice #, date of purchase, model number and explanation of defect.  Hewlett Packard consumer line is 800-752-0900, Brother 800-284-4329, Canon 800-423-2366 and Lexmark 800-438-2468 or 800-539-6275.

Toners

Toners in unopened condition may be returned for credit within 60 days from purchase date. Opened, unused toners may not be eligible for credit, please call customer service.  Defective toners are eligible for credit if returned within 60 days of purchase, along with explanation and/or examples of printed pages.

Staplers/Shredders

New product is eligible for return to Integrity Business Solutions if returned within 30 days of purchase.   Carton and all internal packaging must be returned for credit to be issued. Defective product is eligible for return to Integrity Business Solutions within 30 days of purchase.  Defective product older than 30 days from purchase date, the end user must contact the manufacturer for the warranty claim.  Customer must be able to provide the Integrity invoice #, date of purchase, model number and explanation of defect. Consumer line for Acco/Swingline 877-324-3192, Bostitch /ACI  800-343-9329, Fellowes 800-945-4545.

Special Order/Custom items and Manufacturer Direct

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.

Furniture

Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all packing materials, components, and manuals) within 30 days of the purchased date. Special ordered furniture is only eligible for return if damaged upon receipt and used furniture is sold as is.

Shortages

Missing items must be reported to Integrity Business Solutions within 7 days in order to receive credit.
